The initiative also benefits employees based outside major city centres by reducing commute times and improving work-life balance through access to workspaces closer to home.

Leading banking group – Emirates NBD has announced a strategic partnership with Letswork, the region’s leading flexible workspace provider, to offer its employees access to more than 4,000 coworking desks, meeting rooms, and offices across the UAE and beyond.

As part of the agreement, select Emirates NBD employees will participate in a 12-month pilot programme, using Letswork’s digital platform to book on-demand workspaces.

“The initiative could pave the way for a broader rollout across the bank, following Letswork’s earlier participation in the bank’s National Digital Talent Incubator (NDTI)® Program, which initially connected the two organisations,” the bank said.

Using Letswork’s solutions, Emirates NBD’s employees can instantly reserve coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and private offices across over 100 hubs in Dubai, more than 25 in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, as well as international locations. The collaboration aims to support the banks' ongoing focus on workplace excellence, flexibility, and employee wellbeing.

“It enables employees travelling between Emirates, particularly to Abu Dhabi, to access high-quality workspaces and meeting rooms on demand.” The initiative also benefits employees based outside major city centres by reducing commute times and improving work-life balance through access to workspaces closer to home.

Commenting on the strategic partnership, Eman Abdulrazzaq, Group Chief Operating Officer at Emirates NBD, said, “We are pleased to collaborate with Letswork to provide our employees with a scalable platform that addresses evolving workplace expectations and strengthens our employee value proposition. As a socially responsible bank, this pilot demonstrates our commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and becoming an employer of choice through future-ready HR practices.”

Miguel Rio-Tinto, Group Chief Digital and Information Officer at Emirates NBD, added, “As flexible working becomes the norm, Emirates NBD is excited to collaborate with innovators like Letswork who are redefining traditional work environments. This pilot helps us explore how digital workplace solutions can enhance agility and flexibility across our teams, while highlighting the impact of our National Digital Talent Incubator in nurturing such partnerships.”

Hamza Khan, Co-Founder and CEO of Letswork, also commented, “We are proud to partner with Emirates NBD, a forward-thinking institution that recognises how the future of work demands flexibility, data, and employee-first experiences. This collaboration marks a milestone for us and the region, signalling how leading organisations in the UAE are embracing hybrid work in a scalable, global, and sustainable way.”

The partnership reflects Emirates NBD’s continued investment in innovation and employee-centric initiatives, reinforcing its reputation as one of the most future-ready financial institutions in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey region.
